BATTERY CABLES &
WIRE HARNESSES

Battery Cable Company Profile

ISO 9001-2000 Quality Certified
We manufacture heavy gauge battery cables, lead wire assemblies, and cable and wire harnesses to original equipment manufactures. Markets we serve include marine, lawn & garden, automotive, utilities, heavy equipment, agricultural and snow removal.

Battery CablsWire Harnesses

We make both Lead Cast and standard ring-terminated battery cables. We have the ability to tin-coat terminals after application to reduce the possibility of corrosion and increase conductivity. Lead Cast Battery Cables are custom made and can come with or without the nut and bolt. A variety of boots are available to fit over both Lead Cast and Ring Terminals. Ground Straps are offered jacketed or non-jacketed. Many of our terminals are stamped locally. Lead Cast ends and boots are also available on Ground Straps.

Wire Harness Company Profile

Wire Harness

We utilize injection molding equipment to provide molded cable assemblies that have the advantage of durability, customization and aesthetics. These products can provide a water tight seal at connection points. Our molding capabilities range from single pin / receptacle molds to multi-conductor molds. While we can provide anything within this range, we are also able to customize our molds to meet your needs.

We produce a wide variety of harnesses for the Automotive, Trailer and Marine Industries. We have engineer and design processes that allow us to test a harness while it's being built. Our nylon braiding capabilities allow us to double braid ends and branches to prevent fraying, a feature not offered by standard purchased braiding. Convoluted tubing or tie wraps can also be used to maintain the shape of the harness.
